Many of VECTOR's programs incure expenses and our ability to raise funds through our volunteers is limited to a small membership fee to cover some of our meeting expenses such as refreshments. VECTOR volunteers provide hundreds of hours of service every year, working on various programs which support Emergency Communications for local and wide area emergencies and disasters which have affected normal communications infrastructure. VECTOR volunteers also provide communications assistance to the City of Vancouver's Emergency Social Services and Disaster Assistance Teams.

Cash donors recieve tax receipts while donations in kind may receive a receipt dependent on our financial capabilities (due to Canada Revenue Agency rules).

All donors will receive consideration to have their name/logo appropriately displayed at VECTOR events, on our CERV and website, and in our brochures and other printed material.
